Specialized Divisions For Improved Efficiency

CC&L Roofing Company is comprised of three main divisions which grew out of our original specialty of tile and slate roofing. Over the decades we have been in business we have expanded to meet the Portland area’s increasing need for specialized contracting services.

Each division includes a manager and long-term, dedicated employees. In fact, our roofing technicians have an average of 20 or more years of experience in the roofing industry, and an average tenure of 15 or more years with CC&L Roofing.

We believe that by offering dedicated teams to handle the specific needs of our customers, we are able to provide better service and you will benefit from the specialties that our divisions focus on.

Tile & Slate Division

Installing tile or slate roofs requires particularly close attention to detail and a precise layout. We have been "The Tile Roof Specialists" since 1978, and President Dan Cornwell and Vice President Mike Cooper still co-manage the Tile and Slate Division.

We are students of our trade and have learned from both Scottish and German master craftsmen who taught us old-world European roof tiling and slating techniques. These techniques combine with modern technology to provide clients with a superb roof system that will last for generations.

Asphalt Shingle & Cedar Shake Division

We take great pride in our Cedar Shake and Asphalt Shingle Division. We are recognized by Certainteed as a Select Shingle roofer and can provide factory-warranted installations that not every contractor can offer. We also install Malarkey shingles with great manufacturer warranties. The cedar shakes we install are of the highest quality.

Although we specialize in residential re-roofing, we offer roofing services for all phases of the industry, from custom homes to schools, churches, and large commercial projects.

Maintenance & Repair Division

Our Maintenance and Repair Division became popular in the 1980s when the housing boom led to bidding wars and poorly installed tile roofs. We quickly gained a reputation as the leading experts in the field that we maintain to this day. CC & L Roofing is the place to call if you want the job done right. We also offer annual and semi-annual inspection and preventative maintenance programs.
